Our bodies change throughout each season, sometimes being more prone to dryness and irritability. During the drier, colder days it is especially important to keep our hair & nail health up to standard. How do we do this and… what is hair and nail health?

We use our hands for everything, our nail cuticles are important in keeping any infections away and promoting our nail growth.  Our hair can get into phases of thinning out and even falling out sometimes, due to lack of proper nutrients or an unideal diet. If this is consistent, there can even be an underlying medical issue that needs to be explored further.

We are sharing our most  important tips and tricks to keep our hair health and nail growth optimal!


  • Make sure you are getting all of your vitamins! B vitamins, zinc, iron and vitamin D are essential for hair growth and thickness. It is no wonder the winter months can make us feel like they are dragging along sometimes - we need to make sure our bodies feel supported!

  • Castor oil is essential if you are looking to keep your eyebrow, eyelash and hair healthy and growing. By massaging this oil into the areas of your choosing, you can promote the blood flow and increase the hair follicle strength.
